An exciting new release from the up and coming Akashi White Oak distillery that was matured for 3 years in a top quality sherry cask. Despite being quite young, this whisky brings a range of intriguing notes to the table, with the deliciously floral Akashi spirit combining perfectly with hints of dried fruits, sticky dates and cinnamon spice imparted by the sherry cask.
